Create a new client
Create a new client in your partner environment and decide per client how you want to work together. Let Voicelabs invoice the client (referring, which we recommend) or send the invoice yourself (reselling). You can use both models side by side.
Refer
Voicelabs invoices and supports the client. You earn up to 30% lifetime commission.
Resell
You invoice at up to 30% purchase discount. Your brand, your client relationship.

You bring in the client, Voicelabs sends the invoice and handles the support. You receive up to 30% commission on everything the client pays. Lifetime, for as long as the client stays.
Feel free to sell your own services, such as implementation and consultancy, to the same client in parallel.

You send the invoice and set your own price for your client. You buy in at up to 30% purchase discount and handle first-line support yourself.
We never contact your end client. You remain the face of the solution.

Becoming a partner is free. Anyone with a client network in software, telecom or consultancy can start, from freelancers to agencies. You sign up through a short introductory call and get access to your partner environment within 1 business day.
For referred clients you receive up to 30% commission on everything the client pays Voicelabs. The commission is lifetime: you keep earning for as long as the client stays. Clients who sign up through your personal referral link, in the format https://app.voicelabs.nl/register?ref=YOURCODE, are automatically linked to you. Payout is monthly, as soon as your balance reaches at least 100 euros.
When you refer, you bring in the client and Voicelabs handles the invoicing and the support. You receive commission. When you resell, you send the invoice, set your own price and buy in at a purchase discount. You handle first-line support and we never contact your end client. You choose per client which model fits.
Yes. From the Partner+ tier we discuss co-branding and full white-label: Robin under your name, with your branding in the dashboard and invoicing in your name. We keep delivering the technology in the background.
Your partner environment with demo assistants is free as long as you have at least 1 active client per quarter. That way you can always let prospects call a live demo assistant without fixed costs.
That depends on the partnership model. With referrals, Voicelabs handles all support towards the client. With reselling, you handle first-line support and we are there as second-line support for anything technical or complex.
